Candidate must have a digital copy of his/her photograph in JPEG format. Photograph must not be older than six months. Dimensions of the photograph should be in the order of 110 X 140 (width X height) pixels and in any case size of the photograph must not be more than 40 KB. Application may be rejected in case of unclear photograph.

Candidate must have a digital copy of his/her signature. Dimensions of the signature should not be more than the order of 200 X 50 (width X height) pixels and in any case size of the signature must not be more than 20 KB.Application may be rejected in case of unclear signature.

While filling up on-line application, it is advisable to keep the below mentioned documents readily available to upload the same. Each document must be in PDF format with maximum size of 500 kB.
