Important instructions

• Candidates are advised to download the detailed notification and read the instructions carefully before applying.
• Keep a digital copy of your photograph in JPEG format. The photograph must not be older than six months. Dimensions should be about 110 x 140 pixels (width x height) and the size must not be more than 40 KB. Applications may be rejected if the photograph is unclear.
• Keep a digital copy of your signature. Dimensions should not be more than 200 x 50 pixels (width x height) and the size must not be more than 20 KB. Applications may be rejected if the signature is unclear.
• While filling in the online application, keep the following documents ready to upload. Each document must be in PDF format with a maximum size of 500 KB: Ex-Serviceman certificate (if applicable), Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS, if applicable), PwBD certificate (if applicable), No Objection Certificate (if in Government service), essential qualification certificate, and, where the post needs it, the Preliminary Medical Examination certificate (Fireman), driving licence and driving experience certificate (drivers) or nursing council registration certificate (Nurse). The essential educational certificate must be a PDF of a maximum of 1 MB.
